1. Information We Collect
1.1 Data you provide
- Asset info: name, price, purchase date, channel, city, description, status, warranty period, etc.
- Structured data such as categories, tags, brands, spaces, and locations.
- Maintenance records: type, date, cost, vendor, notes.
- Asset photos and images.
- Scenes / lists and preference settings (theme, language, currency, etc.).
1.2 Device permissions
- Camera: capture photos for assets.
- Photo library: pick existing photos.
- Face ID / Touch ID: optional local unlock.
- File access: import / export, backup / restore (including iCloud Drive).
1.3 We do not require
- Account registration (current version).
- Contacts, SMS, call logs, or other data unrelated to asset management.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 Local storage and display of your asset records.
2.2 Generating analytics, summaries, and visualizations.
2.3 Handling local files for import / export, backup, and restore.
2.4 Remembering language, theme, currency, and other preferences.
3. Storage & Processing
3.1 Asset data stays on-device by default (Core Data + local files).
3.2 Backup files are .zip archives you choose where to store (e.g., iCloud Drive).
3.3 Exports are generated locally; the final location depends on the file picker or system share sheet.
3.4 We do not maintain proprietary cloud servers for your asset data (as of this version).
4. Third-Party Services & Sharing
4.1 We do not sell or share asset data with third parties.
4.2 Backup / restore or import / export may invoke system file services (e.g., iCloud Drive) governed by Apple’s terms.
4.3 The photo recognition screen shows “Powered by DeepSeek”. If future versions call external AI services, we will request permission beforehand.
5. Data Security
5.1 Data remains on your device; protect the device and unlock credentials.
5.2 Face ID / Touch ID can be enabled as an extra layer of protection.
5.3 If you store backups in the cloud, safety depends on both you and the storage provider.
6. Retention & Deletion
6.1 You may delete individual assets or clear all data inside the App.
6.2 Deleted items leave the local database; exported files remain under your control.
6.3 Uninstalling the App removes local data per system behavior and your settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
7.1 The App targets general users and does not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
7.2 If you believe such data was collected, contact us for removal.
8. Policy Updates
8.1 We may revise this policy when features change.
8.2 Significant updates will be communicated via in-app notices or release notes.
